Power recently released the 2019 Initial Quality Study results, and we don’t think you’ll want to miss this.
It was no surprise that Kia brand was selected for a spot in the top three highest ranked brands for the year. According to the experts, the fact that Kia cars made the list goes to show “don’t have to spend a lot of money to get a quality car,” which is a huge bonus that we love to prove to our customers. In fact, this year is our brand’s fifth consecutive year as a top-ranked, mass-market brand with J.D. Power’s Initial Quality Study.
The J.D. Power calculates initial quality by tracking the number of problems experienced by car buyers and lessees within the first 90 days of ownership. These are typically regarding design and usability, not defects or safety issues. Infotainment systems play a huge role in how successful a driver feels getting acclimated to their new car in that first 90 days.
